Revisions to the AdPrin Lectures completed

The AdPrin Lectures now include direct links to the relevant research on the principles. (I could not find links for a few papers, so suggestions are appreciated.) In addition, improvements were made in the experiential nature of the lectures, new materials such as TV commercials were added, more sessions are built around illustrative problems, mistakes were corrected, some less useful slides were deleted, and attempts were made to have each slide stand on its on for those lecturers who would like to use certain slides. Finally, I emphasize that the key to retention lies in the experiential nature of the slides; people who do not actively record their answers will have more difficulty in applying the principles and techniques.
